Burlesque Rainbow Bustle Layered Petticoat Skirt has 8 layers of bright rainbow coloured organza and ties up at the front with a satin ribbon. Great for burlesque, carnival and mardi gras themes. The layered skirt is worn over another skirt, shorts, frilly knickers or tights. The layers are at the back, hence other clothing items to be worn underneath. The width of the material attached to the top of the skirt (waist band) is approx 30cm & tapers out wider in the length. At each end of the waistband is red satin ribbon of approx 90 – 95cm in length to tie around your waist/hips. It would sit as pictured on small to medium build.
